These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fathers Grooming Co. website and your purchase of products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and payment

All orders are one-time purchases processed securely through Shopify checkout. We do not currently offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases — see our Cancellations note below. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

2. Cancellations

Because all products are sold as one-time purchases (no subscriptions or pre-orders), there is nothing to cancel after checkout. If you need to change or cancel an order shortly after placing it, contact us right away at Father@fathersgrooming.com and we'll do our best to help before it ships.

3. Shipping and returns

Shipping timelines and our return/refund process are described in our separate Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

4. Product information

We do our best to accurately describe our products, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on this site are always complete, accurate, or error-free.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fathers Grooming Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
