Fathers Grooming Co. ("we," "us," "our") operates this online store on the Shopify platform. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

• Orders and checkout: when you place an order, Shopify (our e-commerce platform) collects and processes your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number, and payment details on our behalf.

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, and standard web traffic data collected automatically by Shopify as part of hosting our store and checkout.
• Cookies: Shopify uses essential cookies to operate your shopping cart and checkout session. We do not currently run our own separate analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site.

• To fulfill and ship your order, process payment, and communicate with you about it.
• To respond to messages submitted through our contact form.

This site does not currently use any AI system to process customer messages, orders, or personal information.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing Father@fathersgrooming.com. We will respond to and process verified requests within 30 days. Note that some order and payment records may need to be retained longer where required by law (for example, tax and accounting records).

6. Children's privacy

Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
