- Orders are processed within 7-14 business days after all necessary materials for your order are in stock.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Fathers Grooming is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Eligibility
We want you to love your Fathers Grooming products. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Not a final sale or custom item
How to Initiate a Return
- Email Father@Fathersgrooming.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or defective product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
- To exchange for a different product, follow the return process and place a new order.
